Terms and Conditions – SILAMBU CSK Cultural Event

1. General Participation
1.1 Participation in the event implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by all participants, including performers, volunteers, guardians, and attendees.
1.2 The event is open to both children and adults. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for their children’s behavior and safety at all times.
1.3 All participants must register in advance and provide accurate personal information. SILAMBU reserves the right to verify the information submitted.
2. Responsibilities of the Performance Coordinator
2.1 Each performance group must designate a Performance Coordinator who will be the primary point of contact with SILAMBU organizers.
2.2 The Coordinator is solely responsible for:
- The physical belongings (costumes, props, instruments, equipment, etc.) of their group.
- The personal belongings (bags, phones, valuables) of all performers within their group.
- Ensuring all performers are present, properly attired, and ready at their scheduled performance time.
- Managing discipline and safety of group members throughout the event.
2.3 SILAMBU and the venue staff are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
3. Performance Guidelines
3.1 Performances must be appropriate for a family-friendly audience and respectful of cultural, religious, and societal values.
3.2 All performances must adhere to the time limits allocated. Overtime may result in termination of the performance.
3.3 Any use of open flames, hazardous materials, or actions that pose a risk to audience safety are strictly prohibited.
3.4 Performers must respect school property. Damages caused will result in liability to the individual/group responsible.
4. Rights of SILAMBU
4.1 SILAMBU reserves the full right to cancel, reschedule, or remove any performance or participant at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
4.2 Grounds for removal may include, but are not limited to:
- Inappropriate content
- Safety concerns
- Non-compliance with event rules
- Failure to follow the event schedule or directives
4.3 SILAMBU reserves the right to make changes to the event program, schedule, or venue if necessary.
5. Safety and Conduct
5.1 All attendees and participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and follow instructions from event staff and volunteers.
5.2 No alcohol, tobacco, or illicit substances are permitted on the school premises.
5.3 Emergency exits must be kept clear at all times. First aid will be available onsite.
5.4 In the case of an emergency, SILAMBU will coordinate with school officials and local authorities for immediate action.
6. Media and Photography
6.1 By participating in the event, attendees and performers grant SILAMBU the right to record, photograph, and publish images and videos of the event for promotional and archival purposes.
6.2 If a participant does not consent to media coverage, this must be communicated in writing at the time of registration.
7. Indemnity and Liability
7.1 All participants take part in the event at their own risk. SILAMBU and its organizers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.
7.2 Coordinators, parents, and guardians agree to indemnify SILAMBU against any claims arising from the actions of individuals under their supervision.
8. Compliance with Venue Rules
8.1 All participants must follow school rules and policies during the event.
8.2 Consumption of food and beverages is strictly prohibited inside the auditorium and in all areas except those specifically designated for dining.
8.3 Entry to restricted areas of the school is strictly prohibited unless authorized.
8.4 Cleanliness and respect for the school environment must be maintained.
9. Registration and Cancellation
9.1 Registration fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
9.2 SILAMBU may cancel the event in case of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety risks, or administrative issues.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws applicable in State of Michigan, USA.
By participating in the SILAMBU Cultural Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the above Terms and Conditions.

1.1 இந்த நிகழ்ச்சியில் பங்கேற்பது, நிகழ்வில் பங்கேற்கும் அனைத்து நபர்களும் – நிகழ்ச்சியாளர்கள், தன்னார்வலர்கள், பெற்றோர்/குழந்தைகள், மற்றும் பார்வையாளர்கள் – இவ்விதிமுறைகள் மற்றும் நிபந்தனைகளை முழுமையாக ஏற்கின்றனர் என்பதைக் குறிக்கும்.
1.2 குழந்தைகளும் பெரியவர்களும் நிகழ்ச்சியில் பங்கேற்கலாம். பெற்றோர்கள் அல்லது சட்டப்பூர்வ பாதுகாவலர்கள் தங்கள் குழந்தைகளின் நடத்தை மற்றும் பாதுகாப்புக்கு முழுப்பொறுப்பாளிகள்.
1.3 பங்கேற்பாளர்கள் முன்பே பதிவு செய்து தங்களது சரியான தகவல்களை வழங்க வேண்டும். வழங்கப்பட்ட தகவல்களை சரிபார்க்கும் உரிமையை சிலம்பு வைத்துள்ளது.
2. நிகழ்ச்சி ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளரின் பொறுப்புகள்
2.1 ஒவ்வொரு கலைக்குழுவும் ஒரு நிகழ்ச்சி ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளரை நியமிக்க வேண்டும். இவர் சிலம்பு அமைப்பாளர்களுடன் தொடர்பு கொள்கின்ற முதன்மை நபராக இருப்பார்.
2.2 ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளர் கீழ்காணும் பொறுப்புகளை ஏற்க வேண்டும்:
- குழுவின் உடைமைகள் (ஆடைகள், பொருட்கள், வாத்தியங்கள், உபகரணங்கள் முதலியன)
- குழுவில் உள்ள ஒவ்வொரு கலைஞரின் சொந்தப் பொருட்கள் (பைகள், கைபேசிகள்,மற்றும் சொந்தப் பொருட்கள்)
- ஒவ்வொரு கலைஞரும் சரியான உடையில், சரியான நேரத்தில் மேடைதொடங்க தயாராக இருப்பதை உறுதி செய்தல்
- நிகழ்ச்சி முழுவதிலும் குழுவினரின் ஒழுங்கும் பாதுகாப்பும் உறுதி செய்தல்
2.3 சிலம்பு மற்றும் நிகழ்விட பணியாளர்கள் தொலைந்த அல்லது சேதமடைந்த பொருட்களுக்கு பொறுப்பல்ல.
3. நிகழ்ச்சி வழிகாட்டுதல்கள்
3.1 நிகழ்ச்சிகள் குடும்பநிலைக்கு ஏற்றவையாகவும், கலாச்சாரம், மதம் மற்றும் சமூக மதிப்பீடுகளை மரியாதை செய்யும் வகையிலும் இருக்க வேண்டும்.
3.2 ஒவ்வொரு நிகழ்ச்சியும் ஒதுக்கப்பட்ட நேர வரம்பிற்குள் இருக்க வேண்டும். அதிக நேரம் எடுத்தால் நிகழ்ச்சி நிறுத்தப்படலாம்.
3.3 தீக்காய்ச்சல், ஆபத்தான பொருட்கள் அல்லது பார்வையாளருக்கு ஆபத்தான செயல்கள் பயன்படுத்துவது தடைசெய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
3.4 பள்ளியின் சொத்துகளை மரியாதையுடன் நடத்த வேண்டும். ஏற்படும் சேதங்களுக்கு சம்பந்தப்பட்ட நபர்/குழு பொறுப்பாளியாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.
4. சிலம்பு-வின் உரிமைகள்
4.1 சிலம்பு, எந்த நேரத்திலும், எந்தவொரு நிகழ்ச்சியையோ பங்கேற்பாளரையோ ரத்து செய்ய, மாற்றி அமைக்க, நீக்க முழுமையான உரிமை வைத்துள்ளது.
4.2 நிகழ்ச்சி நீக்கம் செய்யப்படக்கூடிய காரணங்களில்:
- மரியாதையற்ற உள்ளடக்கம்
- பாதுகாப்பு சிக்கல்கள்
- விதிமுறைகளை மீறல்
- திட்டமிடல் அல்லது இயக்கத்தைக் பின்பற்றாமை
4.3 நிகழ்ச்சி திட்டம், நேர அட்டவணை, அல்லது இடம் தேவையான சந்தர்ப்பங்களில் மாற்றப்படலாம்.
5. பாதுகாப்பும் ஒழுக்கமும்
5.1 பங்கேற்பாளர்கள் மற்றும் பார்வையாளர்கள் அனைவரும் மரியாதையுடன் நடந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும் மற்றும் நிகழ்ச்சி பணியாளர்கள் மற்றும் தன்னார்வலர்களின் வழிகாட்டுதல்களை பின்பற்ற வேண்டும்.
5.2 பள்ளி வளாகத்தில் மதுபானம், புகையிலை, மற்றும் சட்டவிரோதப் பொருட்கள் தடைசெய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
5.3 அவசர வெளியேறும் வழிகள் எப்போதும் தடைபடாமல் இருக்க வேண்டும். மருத்துவ உதவி நிகழ்விடத்தில் வழங்கப்படும்.
5.4 அவசரநிலையில் சிலம்பு, பள்ளி நிர்வாகத்துடன் மற்றும் உள்ளூர் அதிகாரிகளுடன் இணைந்து உடனடி நடவடிக்கைகளை மேற்கொள்ளும்.
6. ஊடக மற்றும் புகைப்பட அனுமதி
6.1 நிகழ்ச்சியில் பங்கேற்பதன் மூலம், பங்கேற்பாளர்கள் மற்றும் பார்வையாளர்கள், சிலம்பு-க்கு புகைப்படங்கள், வீடியோக்கள், மற்றும் நிகழ்ச்சி பதிவுகளை விளம்பர மற்றும் ஆவண நோக்கங்களுக்காக பயன்படுத்த அனுமதி வழங்குகின்றனர்.
6.2 ஊடகப் பதிவு குறித்து ஒப்புக்கொள்ளாதவர்கள், பதிவு செய்யும் போதே எழுத்துப்பூர்வமாக தெரிவிக்க வேண்டும்.
7. பொறுப்பு விலக்கு மற்றும் இழப்பீடு
7.1 நிகழ்வில் பங்கேற்பவர்கள் தங்கள் சொந்த பொறுப்பில் பங்கேற்கின்றனர். சிலம்பு மற்றும் அதன் அமைப்பாளர்கள், நிகழ்வின்போது ஏற்படும் எந்தவொரு காயம், இழப்பு, அல்லது சேதத்திற்கும் பொறுப்பல்ல.
7.2 ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளர்கள், பெற்றோர் மற்றும் பாதுகாவலர்கள் தங்கள் மேற்பார்வையிலுள்ள நபர்களின் நடவடிக்கைகளால் ஏற்படும் கேடுகளுக்கு எதிராக SILAMBU-வை இழப்பீடு செலுத்தாமல் பாதுகாக்க ஒப்புக்கொள்கிறார்கள்.
8. நிகழ்விட விதிமுறைகள்
8.1 பள்ளி விதிமுறைகள் மற்றும் கொள்கைகளை பங்கேற்பாளர்கள் பின்பற்ற வேண்டும்.
8.2 பள்ளியின் அனுமதி இல்லாத பகுதிகளுக்குள் செல்லக் கூடாது.
8.3 உணவு மற்றும் பானங்களை குறித்த பகுதியைத் தவிர வேறு எங்கிலும் உட்கொள்ளத் தடை செய்யப்படுகிறது.
8. சுத்தம் மற்றும் பள்ளி சூழலை மரியாதையுடன் நடத்த வேண்டும்.
9. பதிவு மற்றும் ரத்து
9.1 பதிவு கட்டணங்கள் (தேவைப்பட்டால்) திருப்பி வழங்கப்படுவதில்லை.
9.2 எதிர்பாராத சூழ்நிலைகளால் (வானிலை, பாதுகாப்பு பிரச்சனைகள், நிர்வாக சிக்கல்கள்) நிகழ்ச்சி ரத்தாகலாம்.
10. சட்ட விதிகள்
10.1 இவ்விதிமுறைகள் மற்றும் நிபந்தனைகள் அமெரிக்கா மாநிலமான மிச்சிகன் சட்டத்திற்கு உட்பட்டவை.
