Terms:
Refund Policy: $100 covers Mon/Thu labs for Oct 13–Dec 21. No refunds after Oct 15, except (a) duplicate/erroneous charges, (b) fraud, or (c) SILAMBU cancels a substantial portion of the program (then prorated).
Access & Conduct: Personal, non-transferable access. Be respectful; disruptive conduct may result in removal without refund.
Recordings & Materials: Sessions may be recorded. You grant SILAMBU a non-exclusive license to use recordings/screenshots (non-confidential) for educational/outreach. Course materials are SILAMBU/author IP; no redistribution.

Privacy: We collect basic contact info and payment metadata; we do not store full card data (Stripe processes payments).
